Chapter's Officers

Dylan Dotterer-Chair

My name is Dylan Dotterer and I am Computer Science major here at Sage College of Albany. This is my first year at Sage. I spent the past two years at Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC). I have always had a love for computers, even as a child. So when it came to choosing what I wanted to study in college. Other than computers, my hobbies consist of basketball, baseball, and any sport that I can play at the time! I've played baseball, basketball, and football my entire life, so it was hard for me to give those up at a highly competitive level, but I realized what I was meant to do, and that is work with computers

Cody Stevens-Vice Chair

I am currently a senior at Sage College of Albany. I went to SUNY Adirondack for two years before transferring to Sage. I am a Computer Science major and I would like to get a job in web development once I am out of college. Outside of school, I enjoy playing sports and currently coach basketball at a local high school.

Vivian Li- Secretary

I am a Math and Computer Science double major at Russell Sage College, and this is my second year of college. The math class that I took in my first semester (MAT-201) encouraged me to choose math as my major. The computer class I took in my second semester (CSI-210) made me decide on a second major in Computer Science, and I'd also like to study engineering in graduate school. I was in ACM at SCA last semester and am well acquainted with the other members. Although I am not as experienced as some other members when it comes to computing, I learn fast and look forward to new experiences.

Shannon Alois-Events Coordinator

My name is Shannon Alois. I was raised an ARMY brat so I have no real "hometown" but I was born at an ARMY hospital in Wurzburg, Germany and as a result I have dual citizenship; both American and German. I took a 15 year break from schooling after high school. I worked mainly in accounting and focused on my growing family. In 2010 I decided to go back to school and enrolled at HVCC as a Physical Education major. After 4 semesters I took another year and a half off of school to see my youngest child through her pre-school years. In that time frame I decided that teaching would not be a good fit for me so I changed my major to CIS and enrolled at the Sage Colleges.
